I heard the quality and cleanliness had dipped in recent years but as of today (Sep. 7th 2024) the store is clean, the machines work, staff is friendly and everything is stocked well and delicious! Happy customer!
This place has always been iffy, but it’s getting worse. We came today and it didn’t feel sanitary, several flavors were not working, and the cashier didn’t acknowledge us and carried on a full conversation with her friends who ordered just before us who were standing directly in our way. We will choose a different place from now on. Very disappointed.
After seeing pictures from my friend Jordan Talley, the health department should shut this place down until it is cleaned and sanitized properly, and the owner needs to decide if they are serious about this business venture or if they should sell it or shut it down.
