As someone who had never been there, I didn’t know to order my food at other side of where the cash register was. The young lady working me rudely told me I was suppose to let her know. I told her that two others had already taken my order? How was I suppose to know that lol. The owner was understanding and nice but 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND just due to the staff alone. Sometimes I love Geno's and sometimes the food is inedible. We went in to eat one day a few weeks ago and I had a great sandwich, it was an Italian sandwich and had the best meat and veggies and I told the young lady who prepared it how great it was. My husband went in a couple of weeks later and ordered the same sandwich for me and it was so awful. The meat was so terrible. It was like someone had reached into the bottom of the case and pulled out the oldest and worst meat possible....read full review
I had the Chicago beef with green peppers onions and mushrooms it was delicious. one the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life. the staff was super friendly too. also got the cookies they were huge and delicious. this place didn't disappoint
