Shame on me for not asking. I assumed $14+ for the pink corvette drink would have come with a "take away glass" to keep or at the very least a pink sparkly stir stick. It did not. It was just a drink - nothing fancy. For that price you'd think there'd be a little pizzaz ... some shiny sugar on the rim perhaps, or at least have it served with a smile. To add to the buzzkill .. it was mostly ice. LOL ... Shame on me for expecting something exotic ... Anyways, the salmon wrap, the chili and the pasta salad were very good. Loved the museum a whole lot so didn't let the cafe disappoint me by association.

I've gone to the National Corvette Museum, 2 or 3 times a year, for several years. I own a Corvette, and am a Member of the Corvette Museum. I've always eaten at the Corvette Café when I go. I was there last weekend (July 15-18, 2022). They've done a lot of renovations. The Café is part of that. Cut to the chase. They have completely ruined everything about this Café. It used to be a 50's-style diner. It was beautiful. It was fun. A Corvette Burger, a milkshake, and fries. What this has become is a total disappointment. It's dark, and looks like a boarding area at an airport, or a cheaply done executive lounge. Totally unappealing. Then, I'm greeted at the door by some snotty, nasty attitude, 19-year-old girl as a hostess. I take a seat. The condescending waitress arrives, with a wine and beer list. I dont need that! Then, the menu (oh brother!). They now offer wild boar, elk, and "the finest" Wagyu beef, at a more-than-premium price. Salads, from $12 to $15 or more. Then, you can add shrimp, or other extras, for an additional $6.95 to $8.95. So, a "custom" salad, for up to $25. Just ridiculous. No hamburgers, no milkshakes. Only high-dollar garbage that I wouldn't eat. So, the waitress keeps trying to talk me into something. I had ordered a Mellow Yellow to drink. After 3 or 4 attempts to get me to order something, I just told her, "You know, they've honestly ruined this Café. There's nothing here that I would eat. I just want regular food. I don't want a $100 lunch. If you could just bring me the bill for the Mellow Yellow, I'll pay for it, and be on my way". I got an attitude from the waitress when I just told the truth, and said this. She brought the check, $4, for the Mellow Yellow. I paid and left. I have no interest or intention of going there again. Highly disappointed with this "new" approach.Corvettes, the Corvette Museum, and the Corvette Café, are supposed to be reminiscent of Americana. What they've turned this Café into is just a very unappealing, over-priced, snotty, "look at me", yuppy, pretty much corporate, and very disappointing waste of time. If this is your style, have at it. Not for me. They've ruined it.

Wow. My husband and I ate at this cafe, located within the Corvette Museum. It was under renovation and had a limited menu due to their soft opening (new chef) and we were pleasantly surprised! We were expecting a boring sandwich and chips but ended up with a gourmet lunch that was amazing. We shared the grilled cheese with Swiss, blackberry jam and jalapeños which was a fabulous meld of flavors. We each had the salad with watermelon, goat cheese, almonds, cucumbers and added grilled chicken and a side of honey sriracha cauliflower. Their specialty soda was very tasty and I wish I lived closer because I'd love to eat at the cafe when they have their full menu. Kudos to the chef. Very, very good!!

No longer called the "Corvette Cafe." It is now remodeled with a brand new name. It is now called "Stingray Grill." All new menu and prices. It's located in the National Corvette Museum. They just opened up earlier this week. Come check it out.

We spent the entire day at the museum and had planned to eat at the cafe, which we did. We both got wraps. Husband's was a chicken wrap and mine was a veggie wrap with the most delicious dressing on it. The wraps were huge and appropriate for the price. Lunch was reasonably priced. Cafe was clean and social distancing enforced. There's an outside door to get into the cafe, so you don't have to go to the museum to enjoy eating at the cafe.

This is not a breakfast diner. I googled places for breakfast and this showed up. A small limited breakfast menu. Not a bacon and eggs place.

Was taken there by business managers. Had the Club sandwich and fries. It was very good and fresh. Gave me a cup of water gratis.

Although the convenience could not be beat and the decor was cool this was not a very memorable experience. The cafe is located inside the Corvette Museum. The 50's style cafe is up front. The restaurant looked inviting and was clean as well as spacious. A host or hostess will seat you. Once seated in a booth menus were provided. However we were IGNORED for over 10 minutes and the cafe had only brisk business. Finally our male waiter made it back and said we needed to place orders at the register. Unfortunately that was not communicated when seating us. However there was a sign. The family ordered burgers and shakes after waiting in a line. After touring the museum we were all starved. The shakes took around 15 minutes which seemed odd. The next hiccup was food delivery which too around 35 minutes. The waiter did apologize. Food and drinks were average. If the service would have been better they deserved a 3. I would skip next time.

We had burgers and fries before taking the tour since they closed at 3:00. Good food, fast and friendly service, neat decor and reasonable prices.

The cafe has a old school feel and lots of Corvette memorabilia, as you would expect. The day I was there, I ordered at the counter and then was given a buzzer for when it was done. I had a Corvette Club and chili cheese fries. Both were good. The club was maybe a little plain, but the fries were really good. I got a fountain drink, so free refills. It did not take long for the food to be ready. I sat inside, but there is outside seating. It was in the mid-90's and humid, so I passed on it. The tables and booths have hundreds of Corvette clippings and photos decorating them. Pretty sure I also saw a jukebox too. If you are hungry before or after walking the museum, the onsite cafe is a good option for food.

Ate here before taking the tour, very nice place, friendly employees, prices you can not beat, relaxing to eat, indoor or out.
