I was traveling thru from Indianapolis and I reached out to Cotton BBQ earlier in the week to see if they would have burnt ends on their menu. They were nice and generous enough to add them into their menu rotation this week and that right there from the jump says alot in a very positive way about this establishment. This is probably the best Texas style or BBQ in general I've probably ever had hands down. The smoke, the flavor, the sauce and the quality is absolutely top tier. If this place was in Indy I would be going here religiously without a doubt. If you're looking for elite BBQ, great options and friendly folks this place is it. This place is a BBQ gem not just for the area of Bowling Green but the state of Kentucky. 10/10 amazing BBQ and would recommend time and time again and will be going here anytime I'm in Kentucky.

We used Cotton_BBQ to cater our daughter’s wedding on Halloween. They set up a perfect buffet of pulled pork, smoked turkey, and beef brisket with delicious sides. We have received nothing but praise for the food, but for me it was the service that went above and beyond. The caterers assisted with everything kitchen related. From restocking the dessert table to making coffee. If you have not done so make sure you give Eric and Colleen a try and consider them for your next catering event.

Cotton BBQ catered our wedding reception a few weeks ago and people are still talking about how good the food was. Eric is incredibly easy to work with and his prices were very reasonable. He made sure we had all the plates and cutlery and made sure we had our non alcoholic drinks covered so we didn’t have to worry about that. He was on time even though I messed up the date and he had another event that day. He made it work and we can’t thank Eric and his helper enough for making our wedding that much more memorable. Again, his food is unbelievable. It’s the best bbq in town in our opinion (maybe that we’ve ever had) and we couldn’t recommend Cotton bbq enough. 10/10 Go see him at his truck on scottsville road. You will not be disappointed.

Easily the best barbecue in Bowling Green, maybe even Kentucky. I've had barbecue from some of the most famous spots in Kansas City, North Carolina and even Texas and cotton BBQ is right up there among the best. Definitely give the smoked brisket burger a try.

If you’re anywhere near the area and haven’t tried Cotton BBQ, you’re seriously missing out. Hands down the best brisket and smoked sausages you’ll find around here. Perfect bark, juicy all the way through, and packed with flavor in every bite. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

some of the best brisket I've ever had. melted in my mouth like butter and the taste and seasonings was like none I've had before! their Mac and cheese was creamy, beans flavorful and I was a fan of the potato salad. I will be back to try the jalapeno sausage and pulled pork soon!!
