First time trying today. Jacob and all the staff was very friendly and attentive. pizza was really, really good. Cinnamon bread was amazing! Customer service was on point! We will definitely be making Donatos a regular!!
We were stuck at a hotel.

I wouldn’t order delivery there ever again. I have always used them and have gotten great customer service. The last few times have been terrible. My food arrived 20+ minutes later than scheduled. I politely asked for a refund as my food wasn’t warm. The Management was very rude and wouldn’t offer to bring me another pizza.
