The nicest thing about this place is the lobby. The rooms are outdated and our carpet was wet in the middle of the room and various stains. The sofa pull out was awful!! And the couch cushions looked dirty and the rooms do not smell clean. The bathroom was nice but that's about it. To carry the name Marriott you would think it would be top notch, but this place needs a lot of work. Perfect location for visiting WKU. Excellent restaurants are withing walking distance. The staff is always so nice.
Quiet hotel situated within a business park, close to fast food and other small businesses and restaurants. Updated machines in the gym area with a nice indoor pool and outdoor area. The food and beverage at the Courtyard Cafe is cooked with care, which you get at some of the quality Courtyards. Driving distance to Mammoth Cave National Park, Bowling Green Hot Rods and other fun outdoor activities. Great place to stay when in town.

The Courtyard by Marriott Bowling Green Convention Center has a modern, renovated appearance that offers a more contemporary vibe. The hotel provides all the usual amenities expected in a hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms featuring very comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and maintained at a good temperature, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, some rooms face the back of the hotel where the smoking and sitting area is located beneath, leading to noise issues from conversations and loud phone videos, despite the sliding door. The hotel’s setup makes noise travel into those rooms, which can be disruptive. The front desk staff has been described as kind, though at least one staff member was noticed to be unwell and not very attentive. The hotel’s location is a plus, allowing easy walking access across the parking lot to nearby restaurants. The rooms are generally dark and need better lighting, and breakfast options are limited. Overall, it is a satisfactory, clean hotel that many guests would choose again, especially for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.
