Clearly had a row of tables at the bar and refused to let me sit at one so I left
We had never had lunch here before and the food was fine, however these folks will nickel and dime you to death. First visit I got a Philly Cheese sandwich. I noticed no au ju, so I asked the lady if they offered au ju, sure we do, I will bring you some. She brought out a tiny little plastic container 1/4 full?? How much was I charged for that 1/8th of a jigger of au ju, 60 cents.

We are not from the area and wanted to eat local. This place did not disappoint! Lauren the bartender was great! The nachos, Buffalo chicken Mac & cheese and even the house salad were absolutely amazing!!! Serving sizes were perfect and prices were beyond reasonable! We hope to be back in the future to try the hot dogs and eat at Rafferty’s (same owner). We were fortunate to eat at Montana Grill as well this trip (also same owner and food was also fantastic there).

Double Dogs is a restaurant that offers good food and a great atmosphere to watch sports. There are plenty of TVs and tables, both inside and outside, making it a spacious place to dine. The service is generally commendable, with staff frequently checking on customers. Waitresses are friendly and attentive, ensuring a positive experience. The food menu includes popular items such as bow wow wings, honey Chipotle boneless, homemade onion rings—which are considered the best—and Cajun fries that are tasty and good. The casual atmosphere makes guests feel right at home, and the restaurant is kid-friendly and dog-friendly as well. It can get crowded, and parking might be challenging at times. While the beer selection is somewhat limited, the overall experience remains solid. Despite some occasional slow service and instances where condiments were not provided, most visitors find Double Dogs to be a great spot for hanging out and enjoying American food with friends or family.
