Came in to catch the UK vs. Auburn game to have a couple bites and beers with my partner and we had the best experience in service ever! We were taken very well care of by our server but the GM went out of his way and took care of our food because I had mentioned losing a gift card and dropping it in the building the last time I visited. While our food wasn’t expensive, it was the act of taking care of us that really made a difference. I misplaced my gift card and I was okay with that. However, the GM going out of his way to do this was something I never could have asked for. This man is the perfect example of a great leader and deserves to be recognized everyday he’s in the building. Our experience was already great and we were happy but this is the going above and beyond that those in the industry should strive for. Double Dogs is lucky to have this leader at their BG location.

Wow! Very impressed with this place! Super friendly and fast service, even though they were super busy! Amazing milkshakes and amazing food! We had the Buffalo Mac and Cheese, Chili Cheese Dog and Breakfast Dog (and left with “Doggie Bags”!!)

Loved Double Dogs. Took my son there and they served his hot dog in a dog bowl. He thought it was very cool. Fries were great and hot dogs were delicious. Great spot.

If given other options , I’d pass on this place. It takes great people that want your business for me to want to go back to a place. It was apparent from the time we walked in (45 min before closing ) that they didn’t want us there. They gave us a seat in the bar area and we ordered a drink. We told waitress we didn’t need food but we would appreciate her letting us know before last call. She agreed and told us the time of last call. It took her over 20 min to come back to our table. I told her I was worried because we were approaching the time she told us. She then told us the bartender decided last call was over. We had just finished a 5 hour drive and wanted a couple drinks. I guess we chose the wrong place. There was discussion between the bartender and two waitresses and confusion about who was right. Instead of just fixing the problem they changed story and said last call for this place is 30 minutes before close. Be aware of this if you go.

Love Double Dogs—one of my favorite spots in BG! 🍻 Best (and coldest!) draft beer around, and the menu has so many great options. The heated outdoor area is perfect for hanging out with your pups, and the staff is amazing—always so kind to my dogs when we visit. Highly recommend, especially if you’re staying at one of the nearby hotels within walking distance!
I really loved the atmosphere and business concept, however the food needs some improvement. It reminds me of cafeteria food. The turbo dog beer was excellent for those who love dark beer like me.

Ordered takeout and got a double-dog. It's just 2 regular hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, relish, and onions that you have the option of using. Fries come with it. Nothing too special and yet, it costs $15. I guess the dogs tasted like it was smoked so that's a plus. Service is ok. Good atmosphere for drinking.
