They are suppose to have food ready as ive talk to corporate, but this one wants to do their own food stilll going to sit when go across street to mcdonalds who has their fo9d everytime!!!! Mad

They messed up my meal, and the when I asked them to fix it they rang up some sauce for $.25 so naturally I refused to pay a surcharge to fix my meal and they belittled me as they processed my refund.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive through to get my food. The order screen has been changed to a voice automated software that was getting everyone's order wrong, so when I finally made it to the window they had to retake my entire order. After pulling to the side and waiting again I got my order that was completely wrong and missing a whole combo meal. Had to go back and after walking inside to get a refund my clothes wreaked of fried grease. Despite not being what I ordered the food was decent and the staff were friendly enough, but I will never be back.

Went through the drive threw ordered a monster burger lettuce wrapped with onion and tomato, chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Got home not only was it not lettuce wrapped but no onion and no tomato. I was charged for the tomato. When we called to inform the manager we were told I'm sorry. No offer to make it right! I guess customer service is not their concern! The rest of our food was tasteless. Very disappointed do better Hardee's! This went from a 5 star review to a 1 star...😞

They barely put any meat on a $7 sandwich. The wait is really long. Staff is slow and distracted. Lobby is clean. Dated.
I was staying at a hotel within walking distance and placed an order online. I walked in and the gentleman mopping the floors greeted me with a smile and immediately stopped what he was doing to make sure I was taken care of. The cook preparing my food also greeted me with a smile and informed me he was working on my order and it wouldn’t be long wait. Both of the crew members I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The food was hot and fresh, my cheeseburger actually looked better than the picture on the menu. While I was waiting I noticed how clean the dining area was. The night shift working at this location is truly exceptional, inspiring me to leave a positive review. I felt uplifted by the warm welcome and friendly service, a rare experience at a fast food restaurant. Thank you!

Worst fast food experience ever. Spent 40 dollars on two kids meals and two combos. Fries were cold. Chicken was disgusting. I took a bite out of my burger and almost threw up. Then my wife almost threw up after taking a bite. Waste of forty bucks and I pray my family doesn't get sick. Ruined Hardee's for life.
