There are 3 fast food chains in this stretch. I have ate from the same one, same food no variety twice a day 3-5 days a week because the service is so much better here. But recently some one had the grand idea to place a speaker over the drive though line, as if every car coming through doesn't have their on radio. This isn't for flguest at a picnic table. It's sole purpose is to annoyingly blare another channel into the car of your drive through customers. I'll be back in 1 week for breakfast, then I will decide if you want me returning.

Cleanest fast food restaurant I have been to in years! Food was fantastic, wait was about the cook time! Lobby music was not so loud I could actually eat in the lobby without a headache! Great job everyone working there!

Stopped by to try the new nashville hot chicken sandwich. Was given a cold piece of chicken with barely any seasoning and a large box of cold curly fries. Huge bummer for 10 bucks. Food used to be good here but not anymore. I was also the only customer both inside and out so there was no excuse not to get fresh food.

Kind of a diner/truck stop atmosphere. Mix of local regulars and travelers. Visited on a Sunday morning. Place was packed but well staffed. Not an empty seat in the house but still got service like I was the only diner there. So did everyone else for that matter. Staff was friendly, motivated, and attentive.Had the bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes well prepared. Was so impressed by the performance I got a club sandwitch to go.I typically tip 10-15% for "average" service. These folks really earned the 20%.Parking: Reasonably good, paved parking for semi's and cars.
After receiving food that was absolutely gross in appearance with the smell of rot and literal filth, in addition to being something different than what i actually ordered, I called this location to see if I could find some resolution. And I called. And I called. Three separate instances when I called the phone was simply picked up, and hung up. I waited several hours and called again. This time the phone was answered with, "Hello." I asked to speak with the manager and was told, "You are." I started to explain that i had been in earlier, and the person hung up the phone. I waited about 10 minutes and called back. This time the phone was answered by a male who also dimly said, "Hello." I said I had called before but i had been disconnected and asked to speak to the manager I had been speaking with and was told, "You are." I asked who I should speak with about a problem with an order that occurred earlier in the day and was told, "A manager tomorrow morning." I asked if I could get the name of the person I should ask for and was told, "No." I asked why I couldn't get the name of the morning manager and was told, "I don't know it."There was a short pause. I asked if there was anyone working in the restaurant who knew the name of the morning manager and was told, "No. I don't know." Another pause. I asked if i could get the name of the person I was speaking with and was told, "Why? No." I was then hung up on again. These employees are not mentally challenged, they are human garbage who create, work in, and serve the most vile versions of what can't even be called food. They are ignorant, and resent serving the people who pay their wages. They are poorly trained, and without exception, pure dolts. That is OK in some fields, but when it comes to serving the food we put into our bodies, you have to know that they are treating it, and the place where it is made without even a modicum of care. That, is when fast food becomes dirty, disgusting, and quite often dangerous. Avoid this rat trap and the possibilities of getting e.coli, salmonella, or some other food poisoning due to the lack of care and unprofessional horrid little creatures who are sucking up paychecks there.Dietary restrictions: Run as fast as you can away from this disgusting rot gut factory.

The lack of service in this restaurant is disappointing, to say the least. They prioritize orders at the drive in window over those of us in the store. I'm waiting for 15 minutes while people are driving up, ordering, receiving food and driving away. They really ought to do a whole lot better.

I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times.The food was cold, buns burnt around the edges. No one cares anymore.
