Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar - Cave Mill Road

Service is always friendly, speedy, and accurate. The food is tasty, the sushi fresh, and I always leave happy, feeling that I have received value for my money. The TV is louder than necessary, but overall I enjoy going every single time.

Our experience was great! We had the teriyaki chicken and shared a steak sushi roll. Both were excellent! Service was great too!

The plum wine 🍷 was my favorite. This place has a really nice atmosphere with a wide variety of dishes. The sushi menu is simply fabulous 👌 We had a blast here!

The meat was tuff. The rice was dry and tasted like it had been setting all day. The yum yum sauce wasn't good at all. The bench about threw you out Everytime someone in the bench behind moved or sit down.

Excellent place to eat. Very good pricing. Eat there at least 5 times s month..love the buffet

We went for late lunch and the service was great, restaurant was clean. Sat at the bar with chef and enjoyed complimentary miso soup while we ordered hot green tea and sushi. Chef was engaging and friendly. We ordered the Vegas roll and Dragon roll, both were fresh and delicious. Note, server never brought plates or dish for dipping, nor chopsticks. Then brought us no-flavor green to so we asked for remake. Otherwise had a great experience.

My sister and I dropped by never having been before and it was so delicious. We had some yakisoba and lo mein and ended with some mochi. Everyone was so nice and we plan to make it a regular place when we are together. I can’t recommend enough.

Food was cold, the waitress never came back to check in, top off drinks, etc. when asking questions about food choices the man was very rude.

Basically went in there and got ignored... Nobody wanted to sit me or get my order...maybe because I was black I got the silent treatment....so I walked out ....

Ive been going to this restaurant for years. It is 40 min from my home, but I like them enough to drive to them and get my sushi. They are always very happy people, and very attentive. This is my favorite place for Japanese good.

Kid-friendliness: They engage with the children by treating them like their own. Always positiveness

Went in and ordered a simple California Roll and deep fried vegetable roll to go. Paid $15 plus kindly left a $2 tip on a to go order. Then was told 10-15 minutes to prepare in a restaurant with less than 10 patrons. After waiting 20+ minutes, got my order, or what I expected to be my order and drove the 15 minutes to my home just to find out half my order was missing. Called restaurant to request refund was told they could write my name down. Thieves
