Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar - Cave Mill Road

Small and very quaint restaurant!Excellent sushi, offers several wonderful menu options, and wonderful service! Will be back!

One of our family's favorite local restaurants. The food is always fresh and delicious, whether we get carry-out or dine in. Every server is consistently so kind and especially thoughtful with our daughter. Our favorites are the sesame chicken, gyoza and midnight roll.

I got a bad noodles I ordered the thin one and I got the thick one . I got burnt onions and some vegetables that weren't well cooked.. As for the chicken, I ordered it with teriyaki, it was not good at all, there was no flavor. I don't know what's going on, but I ate there before and the food was good, but this time it was the worst

Suchi isn't as good as the other location , also service no the best

There are two Ichiban locations in BG. I generally prefer the highway 31 location, but it's really a case of splitting hairs. They're both very good, and the entrees are reasonably priced. A great place for some yakisoba.

It was okay, but not impressive. This isn’t a true steakhouse. I was hoping for something closer to the Benihana experience. Instead, the sushi tasted supermarket-quality and the fried rice was mediocre. The biggest issue is the price: it’s far too expensive for what you get. If you’re in the area and absolutely craving sushi, it’ll do, but it’s not worth making a special trip.

We’ve eaten at the other location many times, tried this one today. We loved it, great prices, great atmosphere, our server was the perfect amount of attentive & The food was great.

Don't get me wrong the service was decent though I kinda got forgotten about and they didn't refill our drinks. The hibachi was sort of bland and disagreed with my stomach. I like their clear soup though.

Placed a pickup order at 5:50. Arrived 15 mins later. Watched multiple people get seated and receive their food, finally got mine at 6:30. Just do better.

Horrible service, slow as hell and were rude

Food was edible seems like different cook. Asked twice for no broccoli but was brought broccoli in food So I just picked it out. We was hungry. Sushi was ok not real fresh tasting. Like I said edible but not 5 stars. Possibly because was after lunch rush? Not sure.
