Gem of a lunch joint in Bowling Green. Absolutely fantastic service & food. Best cole slaw I've had in 20 years.

Located at the stockyard. We had their 1/2 shrimp and 1/2 fish platter Cajun spiced. It comes with fries, hush puppies, and coleslaw. This was the best coleslaw that I've had. The shrimp and catfish were done perfectly. The Cajun spice was a light hint.

Cow shit in the parking lot was the first red flag. Half the tables had the chairs flipped up on them, the other half were sticky or dirty. Floors were filthy. Smelled like old fryer grease. So gross, we turned around and left without eating.

This is a local gem. Don’t let the location fool you. This is premium home style American cooking. Menu changes daily, lots of delicious entrees, sides, and desserts. I prefer places like this over national chains like Cracker Barrel (no offense to them). This place is the real deal, food is always hot, fresh, and delicious.
