I came to BG to visit with family and this is where we decided to have lunch here… there were six of us and got various things from the menu. My BIL ordered a fried chicken salad. As he was eating the salad, he took a bite of boiled egg that had apparently gone bad , so when he brought it to someone’s attention, he was accused of eating the chicken from the salad and sending it back so he wouldn’t have to pay for it. This is not the case.. mind you, this is a fairly large man.. so 2-3 chicken fingers are not going to make him full. What should have happened was an apology and offer to remake a fresh salad, but that’s not what happened, so then he did ask for a refund at the end , but the worker still had it in her head that he was trying to eat for free. Other than his salad, the food was pretty good, but because if this incident, we will not be back.

This is my first time here. I was in town for a doctor's appointment and wanted something different.

Love the food, service and diner atmosphere- having a drive thru is a major plus! Love that it's family-owned.

In town for a car show and had a fellow exhibitor rave about a great western omelet he had here. Our family went this morning and also had a great breakfast! And yes, the western omelet is awesome.

The burger was clearly microwaved--not good. Practically no service at all...not friendly. We were all disappointed and have no plans to go back. I got about 6 or 7 tater wedges as my side and my brother's baked beans were in a very small bowl. The prices were not small...not worth what we paid at all.

Let me tell you! This is my absolute favorite place. It’s an adorable mom and pop restaurant. Personally, I don’t think you’ll find better service and kindness anywhere in BG.

This is almost a weekly stop for me. Everything I’ve tried on the menu is so delicious. My personal favorite is the steak sandwich or the spicy chicken fingers.

Nice little lunch spot. Quick in and out with a good diverse menu. Burger wasn’t the best I’ve had but was better than a fast food chain (minus Culver’s) for sure.

I used to eat here as a kid weekly. Much to my dismay, I am no longer allowed into the building, because I use a wheelchair.

Day trip to Bowling Green KY found this little diner just off the main drag in the city’s downtown district quite by accident. It’s a small building but the atmosphere was charming & quiet, the menu offered a large selection of he standard diner fare. There was 3,of us in our group and We settled on two club sand-which’s & fries plus the chicken strips the server was patient with us taking our time deciding. The food arrived hot with large portions we loved the wheat berry toasted bread the club was served on which included ham, turkey ,bacon and cheese plus the fries were homemade & seasoned perfectly the club was more then we expected and we couldn’t finish the sandwiches. The price was surprisingly low for a party of three with drinks just under 40 dollars We would return and recommend stopping in if in the bowling green area again

Gotta say the food was delicious! Everything was hot and tasted great. I got the BBQ pulled pork platter that comes with 2 sides. I only gave 3 stars for the food because the sides were really small, especially my side of wedges. The amount when it comes to sides is much less than the amount given at other similar places. If the side was purchased separately, the price was right at 5 dollars. The worker there was very nice and welcoming and overall was a great experience. I'll probably not go back due to portion sizes not enough to match the price being asked. Also either they charged for every refill or charged extra for something we didn't get because we got 2 10.19 chicken meals and 2 13.99 BBQ platter so they must have charges $5 for each refill.
