Awaken Bakery is a gluten free paradise! Everything I’ve tried is excellent from cheesecake, cinnamon rolls, sweet rolls, cake, cupcakes. All amazing. Great texture and flavor. Get the strawberry dream cake. Holy cow, it tastes like fresh strawberry shortcake and you will NOT be disappointed.Additionally, the buttermilk biscuits are buttery, flaky, tender, and perfectly southern.
