I've never had any issues here! Food is always hot, and it's everything I've asked for. The employees are so sweet with smiling faces. I recommend it! I also love the rewards on the app. I eat free most of the time when I do go!
Order was taken promptly. Individual who took payment was friendly. Was quickly moved to “holding spot” without even being greeted by young lady at 2nd window - it’s fine, they were busy, I get it - I used to do this and know it can be stressful. Order was brought out - entire order was wrong. Nevertheless, they ensured that I got my whole order made fresh and apologized and even gave me free fries since they got my order wrong.
