Decent food. One item was missing from order. Service was average. May go back eventually.

The cashier was rude and tried to rush us out the door while eating .Started wiping down the table while we were still eating. Portion for a combo plate was not worth the money we paid. My friend got three eggs fèw young and nothing else besides a drink. The price was not worth the food we got or portion size. It was a joke, so I will not go back.

First time trying this place. The dining area was clean and in order, the staff was polite, and prices were good. The food was good except for one issue. They do not know the difference between Chow Mein and Chop Suey. My wife ordered chicken chow mein, and I ordered their house chow mein. Not a single noodle to be found. After some research online I learned that this is a somewhat common culinary failure amongst Chinese food restaurants. Being that “Chow Mein” translates to “fried noodles” you’d wonder how they could make this mistake. Me too. Just know this going in. If you want chow mein, you’re out of luck. You’ll have to settle for Lo Mein, with the bigger, softer noodles.

Wow, I haven’t had food this bad in a long time. The egg roll tasted off like the pork or cabbage had gone bad. The chicken and sauce were inedible and the rice had no taste.

Terrible service and terrible food!!If I could give zero stars I would. I love chinese food but this restaurant is terrible. They charged me twice from ordering online and then making me pay in person. Had to call my bank twice for being charged twice. They also will raise your meal to add on a tip.Messed up several times on simple orders. Food has started tasting gross. would rather get fast food panda.I will no longer support a business that can’t do its job. Please don’t go here. wasting your money.

Imagine an authentic Asian hole-in-the-wall.... this is exactly that. TONS of dishes to choose from, all excellent, but expect it to go. Plastic forks and clamshell Styrofoam containers. If you are after good Asian food, to go, this is your place!

Had a great meal at Panda by Kroger on bypass. Everyone was very friendly and patient as I looked over the expansive menu. Meal came out very hot and fast. Shrimp was cooked perfectly, and broccoli and rice were delicious. Lunch special includes egg roll. Place was clean and had ample seating. I will be back.

Food was awful! Ordered chicken with peppers and onions. I guarantee you it was not chicken. No flavor, no texture, and unrecognizable as chicken. I couldn't eat it. Fried rice was not fried. It was flavorless yellow rice. The only recognizable part of the hot and sour soup was that it was hot, temperature-wise. Again, flavorless. If this is authentic Chinese food, I pity the people who eat there often, because they don't know how good Chinese can be.
