Panda is a Chinese restaurant located by Kroger on bypass, offering an extensive menu with excellent dishes. The dining area is clean, staff is polite, and prices are reasonable. Despite some confusion between Chow Mein and Chop Suey, the food is good. Expect to get your meal to go, with plastic forks and Styrofoam containers.
