“Just want to give a shout out to the staff working last night (11/4), especially the manager - I think his name was Fredrick? They were extremely busy and had a few very large orders for WKU. They worked well under pressure and got orders out in a timely manner. I was missing an item on my order and the manager offered to double it but I didn’t have time to wait. I told him it wasn’t a problem at all, he could just refund the item or replace it at a later date. He then offered to replace it next time along with our entire meal. Absolutely amazing customer service and you don’t see that often! Keep up the great work!“

“It’s fast food and barely qualifies as pizza. No one with half a brain would try to compare it to an authentic New York pizzeria. But within its humble category, the Papa John’s in the WKU student union food court seemed to be competently managed. I wouldn’t go out of my way for their food, but when you’re stuck on campus and the only alternatives are Chick-fil-A and freshly-caught squirrel, it’s pretty good.

Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza. When all else fails…“
