I just have to take a minute to brag on Pelicans in Richpond. We were on our way home from seeing someone in Russellville, and my daughter wanted Pelicans. The GPS said we wouldn't get there until like 7:52, and they close at 8. My husband called and explained that our daughter was in from California and wanted Pelicans, but we might not get there by 8. love coming here it is a great place. so many great people and you don't have to wait long. they also have more then one flavor snow cone for dogs. we love coming here 1 time a week.

Best place ever. My daughter was in town from California and her pregnant self was craving Pelicans. We were on our way back from Russellville and not sure if we'd make it back in time. We called and the owner offered to stay open until we got there. He even texted later and told us he was glad we made it!!
