As Soon as we came in Ms. Melissa greeted us Immediately with kindness. We Appreciated that she went above and beyond for us and help us any all the ways she could. This is the only location I come to because of the service and quality of food. I appreciate everything they do and their hard work thank you again to the staff!!

Tried the new wings and they didn't look like much but were very tasty. Staff is always super friendly. Place needs better attention to tables when not busy, crumbs usually greet you when you go to sit down.
I just found out that the reason they make you pull forward even if no one is behind you. They want the owners and general managers to think they are moving cars through the drive thru in a timely manner. I asked the drive thru employee that told me that if that was cheating and she closed the window.

Got a 10 pc meal asked for 1/2 spicy 1/2regular ... got all regular ... 2 sides Mac and cheese and red beans and rice got all beans hardly no rice at all ... and the 10 pc chicken was 5 wings 2 drums 1 breast 1thigh ... like be for real won't be going back

Isn't Popeyes almost always good, today after 5 years of living here we actually got our whole order on the first try, we have had to go back sometimes twice to get everything, had a manager a couple years ago actually accused us of trying to get free food so haven't been back in awhile, hopefully with this new crew they got it all straightened out, I will update once we try them again

We pulled into the drive thru approximately 30-40 mins. before closing to order something to take home after an extremely long day & night. The wonderfully kind gentleman working the window told us that they were out of 1 item that we had asked for. Then he proceeded to ask us if he could make it up to us with a few complimentary items instead. Which we agreed upon. We had no idea how gracious he was going to be. We've never been so Grateful in our lives!! All of the people working that evening were true Angels. POPEYES needs all employees like them! Needless to say we have been back already, plan to keep returning & have also turned family & friends into POPEYES LOVERS!Parking: Off road, private lot, well over 20 slots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking available, along with wheelchair accessible entrance & restroom

Ordered an 8 piece dark bucket, red beans and rice and fries. They didn't have any legs until the next truck came in and it took 15 minutes to have enough thighs to fill the order. The fries were like rocks and the very few that were able to be chewed were like leather, they had to have been under a heat lamp for at least a couple hours. We didn't get red beans and rice, instead they gave us mashed potatoes that were almost a runny and thin as the gravy they tried to drown them with. We live approximately 45 minutes from Bowling Green so it wasn't worth going back just to be more disappointed. This is the first time Popeye's has failed to impress with their above and beyond amazing food. We won't be visiting the BG location again.
