Found a hair in our grilled cheese, they offered to make another one and never did. Also I ordered BBQ sauce and didn’t get it with my order. It’s like they can’t handle being busy at all.

Terrible food, and if you weight over 90 pounds a value meal won't even come close to feeding you.
Well, I would have rated RedZone 3 or maybe 4 stars before their really d*** decision to go to online ordering only. While many students may like this approach, as a faculty member who typically ate at RedZone a few times a week, it is a total turn-off. The one place that faculty could go, order food, and actually sit and chat is gone. I still frequent the fast food vendors occassionally and FreshFoods less often (gotten too expensive for the quality of the food). Why am I as so opposed to the online ordering only, I do not add just any app to my phone for space concerns.
The food is very rarely properly cooked. The wait is terrible, the cashier literally disappeared for 20 minutes last night
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Employees are lazy and don’t even take orders sometimes. Slower than molasses. Horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s a shame we pay this much money for college yet we can’t even get a meal from these idiots.
Tried to order food and the worker just disappeared. The wait was unrealistic for such low quality food.
I wasn't really sure what to expect, what I didn't expect was cafeteria food served in a fast casual restaurant environment. the big red burger was blah, the hash brown casserole looked worse than it tasted, but didn't taste like anything I could discern. The pickle spear and fountain drink were okay.
Excellent workers and management. Not a great school but dag namnit if this ain't a great restaurant.
