I paid for an expresso shot and did not get my expresso smh. I’m a traveler passing thru so it’s not like I can go back whenever and get the proper service. 👎🏽

This Starbucks is the best one in town. Showed up at open, worker was excessively nice. She actually asked whether I would be sitting in or leaving, even brought the mug out to me. Great classic Christmas music playing. Highly recommend this as the best Starbucks in town. A lot of the other ones you do not get the same service.

We went thru the drive thru today for a mocha and egg Nog latte. My mocha was literally a hot chocolate. I have been to this store 3-4 times and each time my drink is messed up. If you’re craving Starbucks. Save your money and go to the Starbucks on Scottsville rd by vitamin shoppe. The people are kinder, happier and make MUCH better drinks

Went thru drive-thru..guy on speaker...awesome..lady at window ..awesome..orders were perfect and coffee was hot. Even got a couple free cups!! Definitely will be back..p.s. they don't have pink sugar so, bring your own..lol

Stopped on our way north for a road trip and they were so kind to my gaggle of children. My toddler saw whipped cream on another person's order, and they provided a cup for each of my older children. My children also were able to get a cup of water when they asked politely too.
The iced tea isn't over brewed so it's pretty good, the potato chive bake is delicious. My children also loved the blueberry muffin.

Horrible customer service. Seems like this location lowered their standards in hiring customer service oriented individuals. Starbucks has been known for great customer service, please do better at hiring and training. Specifically this location.
The staff were not friendly here like all the starbucks tends to be. The gentleman named frederico was very bothered and said no water even though we went through drive thru. To bothered to also help with a coffee cup. Were looking for uk wildcats starbucks cups, now not so sure now. Bathrooms also very dirty

This place is horrible. I will never go back to Starbucks. Went through the drive-through today very rude at the drive-through. I ordered a grande didn’t get that.I ordered Iced pecan oat milk latte grande 2 pumps white mocha and caramel walls, they didn’t even have the oat milk so she put 2% milk in it. It was absolutely nasty $7.37 a waste of money. We spent a lot of money at Starbucks, but not after today. Do better Starbucks.
