Horrible customer service. Seems like this location lowered their standards in hiring customer service oriented individuals. Starbucks has been known for great customer service, please do better at hiring and training. Specifically this location.

The staff were not friendly here like all the starbucks tends to be. The gentleman named frederico was very bothered and said no water even though we went through drive thru. To bothered to also help with a coffee cup. Were looking for uk wildcats starbucks cups, now not so sure now. Bathrooms also very dirty

This place is horrible. I will never go back to Starbucks. Went through the drive-through today very rude at the drive-through. I ordered a grande didn’t get that.I ordered Iced pecan oat milk latte grande 2 pumps white mocha and caramel walls, they didn’t even have the oat milk so she put 2% milk in it. It was absolutely nasty $7.37 a waste of money. We spent a lot of money at Starbucks, but not after today. Do better Starbucks.

You are not greeted when you walk in, the staff did not seem like they wanted to take an order. I mobile ordered and waited at the order pick up. They never addressed us as we waited. We watched the mobile pick up area (which was located by the drive through so we couldn’t just grab our order once it was ready and it was not obvious that it was ready) they originally stuck it in the drive through drink area, about 3 minutes later the drive through person put it on the mobile drinks rack. The workers proceeded to take the order of other guests then make their order with out questioning why we were still waiting. Finally, I asked for our order and the barista said nothing, turned around, got my drink, then gave it to me with out saying anything. I guess we shouldn’t expect good service at Starbucks anymore.

Usually the cracker barrels pretty good.But this time I ordered pot roast and it was burnt Didn't say anything, but that's okay. I won't order that next time. And it was $35 for 2 people.
Do NOT visit this location if you want good coffee and good vibes!!!!!! These people are always nasty and so incredibly rude. The very blonde girl is always snappy. I understand the job can be very stressful, I have a similar job and so I always tip and make small talk. From the second you pull up to the speaker, these girls will be rude to you!
There is one fella who works there who is very sweet, and he always makes the coffee good. However, if you are unlucky enough to get one of the mean girls, your drink will probably be mediocre.
!!!!! Your drinks will be wrong and your food will be cold at this location. I have been going here for months, and I have a hiccup almost every single time !!!!!!!!
This stuff is expensive, it’s absolutely not worth being met with terrible service!
It’s worth it to travel across town to a different location.

Great Starbucks near the Corvette Museum! Stopped in at the Starbucks near the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green — really nice, clean store. The place was well-kept, with a relaxed vibe and friendly, welcoming employees. Service was quick, and everything was made just right. Great stop if you're in the area!
Had a really nice experience here October 20 (yesterday) around 5pm. We were in from out of town and tired, and the baristas were very patient and kind with us. Would definitely stop in again next time we are in the area.
