Not sure why someone who walked in and ordered received their drink before someone who placed a mobile order over 5 minutes prior. What’s the point of a mobile order anymore, Starbucks??? This is happening at more than one location.

Miles needs to learn how to make the drinks! 3rd time now I’ve had to have them remake it while they argue that they didn’t mess it up! Other Starbucks makes them right and completely different! Won’t be back to this one!
