I placed a mobile order online before heading to work and was told on the app it would be ready by 8:48. Here it is 9:07 and I never got my drink because they were servicing people who ordered in store and I was the only mobile ordered. I am furious because it was too much of a hassle to get my money back & when I mentioned it the barista didn’t take the initiative to even try to make my drink then after I’d been waiting so I left with no drink or my refund.

Only there for pup cups for my pets because I'm not a fan of their coffee & I don't do drinks that are sweet. But they were very good to me & I have no complaints.

Not sure why someone who walked in and ordered received their drink before someone who placed a mobile order over 5 minutes prior. What’s the point of a mobile order anymore, Starbucks??? This is happening at more than one location.
