Okay so. US 31 W bypass in Bowling green KY has the WORST customer service. They did not make my food right. Refused to make it right unless I came this very moment. Refused a managers name and the associate I spoke to was makayla. Subway website will not even let me make a review on this store it doesn’t even exist.
