New to the area. I was looking for a pupusa in Bowling green. And Taqueria Los Vazquez had high ratings so I decided stop by, turns out I had been passing this place for a while now.
Glad I tried them out. Food was spectacular, went through the drive thru and even though I had to wait. My food was fresh and the flavors. 😋

I been so many times here because food is actually good but their prices among servers is always different. Some servers charge me higher prices for a meal that I had so many times. & some servers charge me less. Very dishonest on their part

I’ve never had food that tasted better, I literally am addicted. The food is AMAZING and affordable! The servers recognized and remember my friends and I. I always get the torta de alambre, which is now my favorite food ever. I always put a mobile order in which they then let you know how long it’ll be before it’s ready. I haven’t had to wait even 30 minutes yet. I’ve told everyone in my life about this place. TRY IT!!!

At here for the first time today. Place was packed when we got there. I got the lengua torta and my sister got a quesadilla. FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!! Staff was friendly and fast with our orders. One of the best bites I’ve ever had (torta). The fresh bread on the torta was AMAZING. It is made in house. We were both pleased. I would give 5 stars on the food but we weren’t impressed with the tortilla chips. Maybe a little overcooked? Good but not great. But, in general, I was delighted to try this place and will certainly be back!! I encourage everyone to give it a try!!

Found this gem online. First time here. Had street tacos for lunch today. Outstanding staff! Food was hot and delicious. Tortilla chips were fresh, homemade and warm. Salsa also excellent. Anyone near the area of Bowling Green should definitely check this place
Out. 10/10

Bland, bland and bland. When someone thinks of Mexican food they expect chiles and spices. None here

I’ve been going to Los Vazquez for about 15 years, and at this point, it feels like family.

This isn’t just another Mexican restaurant—it’s the kind of place that takes you out of your comfort zone in the best way. Eating here feels like stepping into a specific part of Mexico (and even El Salvador) and experiencing the food the way it’s meant to be.

You can tell everything is made with care. The salsa is fresh every day and served warm—which is different, but seriously next level. The chips are always on point, everything fried is done perfectly, and the bread is homemade.

If you know, you know—Menudo on Saturdays and Sundays, and tamales Thursday through Saturday until they sell out. Don’t wait on those.

My go-to dishes are the carne con camarón, caldo de res, menudo, and the cheese pupusas. They even mix in Salvadoran food, which just makes the whole place even better.

When you come here, you’re not just a customer—you’re treated like family. That’s why I’ve been coming back for 15 years and will keep coming back.
