Waitress forgot to put our appetizer order in, waited 1hr and a half for our main course. By the time it arrived we were no longer hungry and put our food in boxes to take home. Btw we got the crispy chicken salad
The evening eating at this Texas Road House, it was very busy with guests and at least one large event.
The filets were not as good as we usually have had and the sides were luke warm.
The server/bar tender could have been more attentive (we come from a restaurant back ground) this gal needs some training on how to utilize her time to be more efficient and interactive with her guests. Not bad, but it would do this restaurant and the server good as well...

Place is always fun and loud the food is good and the people are kind and helpful. Be wary of the steaks we usually have one or two that has to go back to the kitchen for under or over doneness. But all the other food is great.
