The food here didn't look like much, but everything tasted amazing. Cory, our server, was well-informed and gave my girlfriend and I good information about what to expect from the menu. We had lunch at Bistro. We arrived at 12:30, there were 6 other tables seated. We waited up front for around 10 minutes because the hostess wasn’t anywhere to be seen. We finally got seated and then had to wait for our server for several minutes because they had one lady serving the entire restaurant. She was sweet and did a good job, so we tipped her well, but she wasn’t equipped to handle that many tables at once. The manager sat at the bar drinking and working on a device...
The mimosa is really good. But I would have enjoyed the eggs benedict if it had less flair and more taste. The food was luke warm. But my friend had the shrimp & grits and said it was very good. Excellent waitstaff. Very nice place. Will try again and definitely recommend.
