We have been to Toro twice now in the last week. We loved it the first time. My husband had the burger of the day and I had the ceviche and they were both quite good. The margarita we both had was also very good. We went back the second time and my husband had the Chef's special. It was great! I had the seafood paella and it was just OK. It was very overdone and the mussels on top were so overdone that there was no mussel left. It was totally dried up and no mussel was there....read full review
