Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Alisha was the best ... I had never been to the restaurant before. I had no idea of what to order. Alisha was the manager working there and she helped me pick out and order what fits my family needs. The catering menu is amazing. Jennifer this girl with glasses and a great smile offered up the dessert for for the family. I'm saying that I have never met any nicer people working there. They truly got us together.

Placed my order online. ordered five nibblers total, thankfully I checked my order and there were only three. For some reason I had to explain to three different people that there were two missing and then I was told that all their bread was frozen and they could not fix the order. This is at 7:00 p.m.. Then they told me I needed to come inside, no one actually came and spoke with me at all. I heard my phone ding and looked and I had an email with a refund so I just walked out. Literally 8 people "working" what a joke.

no lie. the food was disgusting. the chicken was the most rubbery, chewy chicken ive ever ate. i know its fast food but slims or chick fil la would be a better choice. i threw up all night after i ate the food from here. the fries were overseasoned but still good. the service tho, absolutely awful. i have worked in the restaurant/fast food industry. i understand how stressful, chaotic, and busy it can get. but its never an excuse to be rude and rush your customers to the point i was cut off when trying to order. they weren’t even busy and i felt like i was being rushed and talked over. i asked for 5 ranches and only 2 were put in my bag. i would've paid for the extras but okay its not the biggest deal. honestly nothing will happen with this review because the service at this location has always been awful and the food always bad but just making ppl aware they should probably choose a different location or restaurant all together

Zaxby's has been my go-to when I crave chicken strips. The reason why? Their seasoned fries! Those fries make my day! Their salads are also amazing and wonderful ?

If you can make it to the counter without slipping on the greasy floor... turn around and slid back out the exit. What I should of done. Food was bad was sick the next day. Ironically the health department rolled up for a follow up after we were done. Zaxbys use to be up there as one of my favorites.

Ordered via drive thru. Didn't get my complete order, missing items. Fries weren't fresh but instead cold and soaked in oil. The employees seem almost mad to be there. Never a greeting. Had to pull up and wait, which is fine if food is fresh and order correct. The person came out finally and just said here.

Decided to argue with me over something I ordered and tried to make me pay again. Still didn’t get to get it.

I swear Everytime I do a. Mobile order and ask for extra seasoning THEY NEVER EVER EVER SEASON THE FRIES! ITS RIDICULOUS. It says on the screen extra seasoning not no seasoning it's not hard to do that especially when there is no one in the drive thru

Yes we ordered food from the zaxbys app paid for extra sauces and food to get delivered they didn’t get any sauces including salad sauces the fries are soggy I asked for a partial refund they refused I spoke to a manager named Lisa she was rude and unprofessional I will never order from this location again.
