I called because today david ordered Buffalo wings, fried pickles, and a grilled cheese sandwich. The server Key’ ‘Asi rung the grilled cheese up as a grilled chicken sandwich. Easy mistake. But when I called the main manager insisted no error occurred on their part, refused to refund the sandwich, and blatantly told me they weren’t at fault.
