This service here is horrible I'll tell you my experience I just went through drive thru and they didn't get nothing right and the lady couldn't understand anything I was saying and they refused to fix it cause there drive thru cashier forgot to give me a receipt so they refused to help me like what!!!!!please don't waste your time here go to the Florence one or somewhere else the most horrible experience ever

This place is extremely unsanitary. I was hungry and opened my whopper, only to find a long, reddish-burgundy thin hair, right on the whopper. Please for the love of customer health, wear hair nets to prevent this.

I just wanted to acknowledge that the young man and the manager woman were very kind for the fact that they were the only ones (maybe there was a 3rd person) who were working shift. They encouraged each other and really made sure to still be serving the customers despite the stress. I had a far drive from where I came from and this was the first real stop option. The drive thru built up and a family was inside as well. I really truly want them to get their props and recognition.

Crazy rude service. Had an online order and they refused to believe it was already paid for. Kept saying it was someone else's order 🙄 then they didn't give all items because they were out. Okay? Maybe mention that? Offer a replacement? Now I need to contact app support for a refund. Literally just had a baby 2 weeks ago so I totally want to waste my time emailing about something that should have been resolved in person. Would have been totally okay if offered a replacement or apology, but instead got attitude, accusation, and half my order 🙄🙄🙄

Wild card store. Had some great bacon king's and chicken sammies from here. However that has not happened without some freak events. Random closure's. Mobile orders where I was trapped in the drive-thru for 40 minutes. It'll probably be fine when you eat here but just putting it out there. All-in-all happy with this BK.
Ordered online for pickup. Waited exactly 33 minutes for food. Pulled up to the store for pick up 10 minutes after ordering online. No cars in line, no customer inside. Was told to pull ahead with no one around and wait. After 20 minutes and no other customers coming through, pulled back to the window and asked for a refund. Was told they could not. Asked for a manager, manager said online orders "per policy" they start cooking when you arrive to pick up online orders. (Yeah, these words were spoken straight from the manager) From the time of ordering to getting food was exactly 33 minutes. This place has been falling apart physically for years, it's short staffed and people that do work here obviously don't care about their work or lack there of here.
