This location seriously needs an update ASAP, but honestly… the real renovation should be in their listening skills. I don’t know what kind of backwards-universe we’re living in, but every time I ask for something “light,” they hear “give me ALL OF IT.”

Light mayo? BOOM — extra mayo.
Extra onion? SURPRISE — zero onions.
Light ketchup? WHY NOT THE WHOLE BOTTLE.

At this point I’m convinced they’re just playing condiment roulette back there.

And don’t even get me started on the iced coffee saga. There are THREE locations in this tiny corner of northern Kentucky. This one actually makes iced coffee correctly (bless them), but the one on Houston Road? I’m not sure if they’re brewing coffee or straining it through gravel.

I did a pick up a week or so ago and I was told that it’s because they “don’t make a lot of it so we stretch it with a little extra ice…. So I have to give you a little extra.” I thought the magic words were golden? I say “please” and “may I” 😭

Please. I beg of you. Nobody wants 4 sips iced coffee that tastes like watery cold disappointment. JUST. MAKE. MORE. PLEASE.

Honestly, I’m tempted to start reverse-psychology ordering. Maybe if I ask for extra ice, they’ll finally hit me with the light ice I actually wanted.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I came into this location for lunch, to witch I was not handed back my debit card, I forgot it myself so I was not to worried about it, I then go to check my finances and see I was charged two different times, once for me and another for $25 dollars. I called and spoke to an employee who was on the night shift he was helpful and got me a refund issued and put my card away. I come back to this place to get my card and order some lunch because I was on limited time and needed to knock out both tasks. Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes for a cheese burger that was pieced together “literally” with sauce all over the wrapper and no napkins in the bad to wipe your hands. I thought that came in every fast food bag? None the less won’t return to this location. Also not on the employees but the building drops big heaps of snow from the roof onto the drive through customers

I’m glad they are using gloves to make our sandwiches! My gripes are that I don’t want to see an employee vaping around sandwich station before/during/after making my sandwich. Also, vapes are in dirty pockets, held while using the restroom, etc and I don’t want that hand touching my bread. I also experienced an employee eating while bagging up food, just not a good look, to me.

Absolutely terrible place to ever eat at.
Their food is never cooked properly and management sucks. The dining room is always filthy nasty. I would never use the bathroom in this nasty place.
Their food always gets people sick because it’s not cooked all the way. I’ve gotten sick from this location multiple times. Place needs to be shut down until they can get better management and better food quality.

the worst experience i’ve ever had with fast food the people working there don’t have a clue what they’re doing and everyone is rude especially the black lady working the window doesn’t even say anything to you. messed up our drinks too much carbonation and messed order up

I waited over 7 + minutes to give my order. No one took my order at the drive through in Florence, Ky on route 42, so I let & came to the Burlington, Ky route 18 location. I was above pleased with the speedy service, and quality of the food. I had an excellent experience with this location. Thank you employees of Burger King in Burlington
