the worst experience i’ve ever had with fast food the people working there don’t have a clue what they’re doing and everyone is rude especially the black lady working the window doesn’t even say anything to you. messed up our drinks too much carbonation and messed order up

I waited over 7 + minutes to give my order. No one took my order at the drive through in Florence, Ky on route 42, so I let & came to the Burlington, Ky route 18 location. I was above pleased with the speedy service, and quality of the food. I had an excellent experience with this location. Thank you employees of Burger King in Burlington

Whopper was good. Fries were under done and soggy. The service was slow and disorganized. They let my food sit on the counter for a few minutes before giving it to me, I could see it through the window, They were disorganized and understaffed.

Ordered a breakfast meal. The breakfast sandwich was cold when my husband got about half way through it. Like cold from the refrigerator. Received coffee as a drink, asked for sugar and cream. Watched employee pour coffee fresh in the window while she jabbered away to another employee, assumed cream and sugar were in the bag with food. But it was not.

This service here is horrible I'll tell you my experience I just went through drive thru and they didn't get nothing right and the lady couldn't understand anything I was saying and they refused to fix it cause there drive thru cashier forgot to give me a receipt so they refused to help me like what!!!!!please don't waste your time here go to the Florence one or somewhere else the most horrible experience ever
This place is extremely unsanitary. I was hungry and opened my whopper, only to find a long, reddish-burgundy thin hair, right on the whopper. Please for the love of customer health, wear hair nets to prevent this.

I just wanted to acknowledge that the young man and the manager woman were very kind for the fact that they were the only ones (maybe there was a 3rd person) who were working shift. They encouraged each other and really made sure to still be serving the customers despite the stress. I had a far drive from where I came from and this was the first real stop option. The drive thru built up and a family was inside as well. I really truly want them to get their props and recognition.
