“We were helped my Josh and his team! They all did amazing super friendly super kind best service I’ve had in the tristate went above and beyond not only for me and my party but others dinning in! They all work so hard and deserve every bit of recognition. May our good Lord and savior Jesus bless each of them amen and the establishment of Guthrie felt as if I was eating my grandmothers cooking delicious food and sauces no complaints 1000/1000 better than Slim chickens. If I may request please add fried pickles! 🙏🏽 ✝️❤️“

“We went during the off peak hours. Food was still served fresh. Service was still stellar. Dining room was still very clean. Excellent Spicy chicken sandwich. Excellent fries. Excellent location. Excellent staff. EDIT 2025: Super busy. But service was still excellent and food came out hot, fresh and tasty. I got a #2 with large fry and drink and the total was still under $12. What a great value.“

“Went through the drive thru for a late night snack. Very glad they are open late. Chicken strips were good. Blaring music was annoying. I had been listening to a book in my car and could not hear it. Neither could I hear the worker when I picked up my food.“

“Consistent as with most other locations. Cashier was new and in training. Person who brought out the food was super nice. Very clean and fast service. A couple of minutes from the interstate, long lights are a thing in Florence. Overall everything you expect from Chick-fil-A. Faster than most other locations, much faster. Didn't eat in the dining room, wasn't crowded, but it was new years day.

“I always enjoy stopping by for some hot fresh chicken. Service was extremely quick and they were friendly. I wish some of the combo meals came with more than one side though as I can never really make up my mind on which one I want. Also a little disappointed that the price of the pot pie has gone up lately too.“

“I found a delicious place for fish. It's carry-out only and so worth it. The pricing was reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is great. Ordered the tilapia. It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer. “(Tw: this is a bias review) This place is magical? The manager that sings through the kitchen is energetic every time I visit. The lobby is taken care of (most of the time) but the drive thru is slow at times. The food is a little dry or soggy (it varies every week) but the mash potato makes up for it. The sides are probably the best items on the menu beside the specials every month. For maybe some upgrades, they should clean the restrooms better, decrease the price of sides (a large side costs more than a sandwich by itself), and SALT THE FRIES !!!! Im telling yall rn, dont go to the restaurant once it hits 10. Ong it mostly smells horrible, but the food is even worse at that time. (These arent recent events, these happened throughout the year)“
