Staff was great, the Brussel sprouts were amazing. All the rest of the food was good too, but you have to get the Brussel sproutsVegetarian options: I got the veggie Alfredo pasta. the pasta and sauce wasn't bad but the veggies were out of a freezer bag. No good char or flavoring to them.
Tried this on a whim, as the Blue Licks State Park restaurant was having a “all you could eat” seafood dinner, but I wasn’t feeling it. Opted out to visit this establishment in nearby Carlisle , KY . Nice ambiance, older building retrofitted, right on the Courthouse Square. Ordered shrimp & grits, with a side order of green beans. Beverage of choice was a Country Boy Shotgun Wedding. Service was prompt and effectual. Would highly recommend.

Food is always amazing! I had the fried chicken special: 3 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and 2 biscuits. The chicken was hot, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My husband got the 2 piece catfish with 2 sides. The portions were huge, hot and delicious . Both plates were $13.99 each. The service is always excellent and the restaurant itself is very charming.
