Checked my drive thru order in the lot before leaving. my lasagne was the size of a deck of cards, I could literally eat it in 4 bites. the bread was burned. I went back and showed the guy working. He offered to remake the bread.🙄I put the order on the counter and asked for my money back. He said since I paid by card, I'd have to call corporate. They have amazing customer skills, they are very friendly and kind. Their pizza is amazing and so isn't the ham wedge. I recommend this Giovanni's out of the whole tri state. Keep up the amazing job guys and gals. oh and the food is very fresh and hot.
Jim and I ate at Giovanni’s Catlettsburg tonight and had a great time! The food, our waitress, and the live outdoor music were the BEST! 💜💜💜
I hope they get “The Ryan Bonner Band” back to perform on a regular basis! The band sounded great, I loved the song selection, and I hear Ryan is a great Tom Cat coach too ! Go Cat !
