Every single time I've been to that particular store, those specific employees are always willing to help with kindness, and humor along the journey. The pizzas were perfect for my picky eaters. “Great food and I love the retro diner feel. Me and my wife had the southwestern egg rolls, fried cheese curd and munchers. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back and try more of their options. Service only received 4 stars because we had to wait to order a bit too long when they weren't that busy.

The employees always greet us and are very friendly even when it's a little hectic they make sure our food is good! we highly recommend them!“

“I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. I hope you can fix this because they love your place. and this is not right. I expect to hear from you. period“

“Love their salad bar. It is a clean place. Staff were helpful and friendly. The kids loved the games. I do feel like the cost per play for many of the games is extravagant, but they also had games that were less than one dollar to play. Overall , it's a place to bring the family.

Vegetarian options: Salad bar with fruit and delicious pickled beets, which is rarely found offered around here.

“Tried for the first time today. The service was fast and food was hot. I ordered for takeout. The previous reviews are right it is a lot of cheese but I enjoyed the pizza. The cheese sticks are good as well and the dipping sauce reminds me of gattiland but that's not a bad thing for me. Prices were reasonable and you get a good amount.“

“Definitely a go to for a quick and personalized pizza, we always get the No Dough version and it definitely does not disappoint, the crew behind the bar are very friendly, and fast paced. Only downside when building is, you'll have to speak a bit louder than normal due to the oven going, but that's the only down side at all.

“I live abroad but am an Ashland native. When I come home annually first meal I wanna have besides family home cooking is Giovannis- the name that made me fall in love with pizza! And nostalgia be damned, the recipe has gotten better with time! The sauce/cheese/bread is perfectly balanced. I was picking up but the inside was gearing up for a lively Friday night of live local country music and I tell ya I nearly opened the box then and there. I said I can send you screenshots of how long i was on phone while I placed said order..they said they was closed and that a GM would contact me.. keep in mind this was my daughters graduation night and all my kids and her friends that was staying over fell asleep hungry..waiting!!! They never contacted me today, so after work I called... only to be on hold two separate times total of 28 minutes, only to be told very rudely by a so called manager Chris that they didnt take a card payment so it wasnt his problem. I was treated beyond horribly. The so called manager said that if it wasn't paid for with card or paid for it was not their problem... who cares if they took our order..told us it would be delivered within 45 minutes...it is not their problem.. I was talked to like a dog so I responded back the way I was being talked to...he hung up on me. It's just really horrible because our kids did favor Marcos pizza but we will NEVER order again. You would think a family that orders so often they would treat better bc we gave them alot of business but.....absolutely not...they do not care about this business or clientele at all! I do not recommend them at all!!!!!!! customer service is definitely not a top priority for them, in fact anything that goes wrong it's not their problem ....the customer is the burden! update : it's 5/28/23 and still nothing. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO A PLACE THAT COYLD CARE LESS IF YOUNGET YOUR ORDER ...IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH SAID ORDER AND MOST OF ALL NEVER REACH OUT AFTER HAVING SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM! “thank you to the manager who stopped the cashier from skipping my father in line to hold her fresh pizzas for the friends that drove up. We have been coming here since before the location moved. In the last 3 months weve been given cold food. uncut pizzas and one was so misshapen on the dough it fell apart causing a burn . we never complained and just hoped with training the quality would return. Today our food was hot and delicious but it was obvious if not for his intervention my father would have been forced to wait in this heat because SHE wanted to hold it for someone else. “On 4-5-22 we went through the drive thru and received a brown dried out italian cheese bread and asked for a fresher one. We were given the same cheese bread with butter and more of the herb/ parmesan seasoning on top. Apparently they think it's okay to serve dried out food that's been in the warmer for hours and it's also okay try to cover it up to deceive customers. This is the second old dried one I've received within the last 4 weeks. Didn't complain the first time. Gave them a chance to make it right this time but they obviously don't care about the quality of their food or customer service.“
