“Bellacinos has quickly become one of mine and my husband's favorite places for dinner. We've tried the pizza, pasta and grinders... we are stuck on the grinders, so many to try! The employees always greet us and are very friendly even when it's a little hectic they make sure our food is good! we highly recommend them!“

“On 4-5-22 we went through the drive thru and received a brown dried out italian cheese bread and asked for a fresher one. We were given the same cheese bread with butter and more of the herb/ parmesan seasoning on top. Apparently they think it's okay to serve dried out food that's been in the warmer for hours and it's also okay try to cover it up to deceive customers. This is the second old dried one I've received within the last 4 weeks. Didn't complain the first time. Gave them a chance to make it right this time but they obviously don't care about the quality of their food or customer service.“

“Stopped in to pick up pizza for my house full of children on a whim. We got TERRIFIC customer service with smiling faces from Dustin and Rebecca. They both had gone above and beyond to make sure they suggested the best deals for the best prices. I can't dote on those two enough. Every single time I've been to that particular store, those specific employees are always willing to help with kindness, and humor along the journey. The pizzas were perfect for my picky eaters. “Great food and I love the retro diner feel. Me and my wife had the southwestern egg rolls, fried cheese curd and munchers. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back and try more of their options. Service only received 4 stars because we had to wait to order a bit too long when they weren't that busy.

They even let us have decorations and gave us cups of ice, plates, and even let us decorate! I can’t thank all of the workers there enough! “I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. I hope you can fix this because they love your place. and this is not right. I expect to hear from you. period“

“Went Sunday afternoon while in town visiting and wanted to try this place for a good while. Had a BBQ bombwich that was so delicious, apple butter wings which were really good, and some sidewinder fries that I shared with a friend that I highly recommend. Server Janelle was super nice, very helpful on what to order for my first time visit and kept refills ok the table, couldn't ask for a better server!!! Also loved the atmosphere with the pictures on the wall. Hoping to visit on my next trip to the area!“

“First time ever eating here but I tell you what...it was very nice inside and out..the view and foliage was so nice...inside was comfortable and relaxing and the staff very courteous..there's only one of these places In existence and only here in Kenova..the prices for our food was reasonable and the pizza?was delicious too...we got the 15' Pizza with Pepperoni sausage and mushrooms..the sauce was a sweet marinara style..we also got a side salad...?downfalls are there is no desserts sold here, it could use some background music and it's not open until 4pm but it was a very nice place..and did not disappoint...I'll definitely go back.“

“Love their salad bar. It is a clean place. Staff were helpful and friendly. The kids loved the games. I do feel like the cost per play for many of the games is extravagant, but they also had games that were less than one dollar to play. Overall , it's a place to bring the family.

Vegetarian options: Salad bar with fruit and delicious pickled beets, which is rarely found offered around here.

“We went to Roosters on a Sunday as soon as they opened. We got to pick our own seat. Our server was great. Food arrived very quickly. We had a pizza (personal size ) and a chicken wrap with fried chicken and the spicy sauce. The wrap could have used alittle more chicken This time. But it was good. We also had curly fries. The theme of roosters and chickens/hens is super cute. They have alcoholic drinks named after the theme and are super funny.“

“Tried for the first time today. The service was fast and food was hot. I ordered for takeout. The previous reviews are right it is a lot of cheese but I enjoyed the pizza. The cheese sticks are good as well and the dipping sauce reminds me of gattiland but that's not a bad thing for me. Prices were reasonable and you get a good amount.“

“Definitely a go to for a quick and personalized pizza, we always get the No Dough version and it definitely does not disappoint, the crew behind the bar are very friendly, and fast paced. Only downside when building is, you'll have to speak a bit louder than normal due to the oven going, but that's the only down side at all.

“I live abroad but am an Ashland native. When I come home annually first meal I wanna have besides family home cooking is Giovannis- the name that made me fall in love with pizza! And nostalgia be damned, the recipe has gotten better with time! The sauce/cheese/bread is perfectly balanced. I was picking up but the inside was gearing up for a lively Friday night of live local country music and I tell ya I nearly opened the box then and there. “They took our order...we waited forever.. I called asking where the order was, only to be told they didnt know, it didn't look like it was placed!!!! I said I can send you screenshots of how long i was on phone while I placed said order..they said they was closed and that a GM would contact me.. keep in mind this was my daughters graduation night and all my kids and her friends that was staying over fell asleep hungry..waiting!!! They never contacted me today, so after work I called... only to be on hold two separate times total of 28 minutes, only to be told very rudely by a so called manager Chris that they didnt take a card payment so it wasnt his problem. I was treated beyond horribly. The so called manager said that if it wasn't paid for with card or paid for it was not their problem... who cares if they took our order..told us it would be delivered within 45 minutes...it is not their problem.. I was talked to like a dog so I responded back the way I was being talked to...he hung up on me. It's just really horrible because our kids did favor Marcos pizza but we will NEVER order again. You would think a family that orders so often they would treat better bc we gave them alot of business but.....absolutely not...they do not care about this business or clientele at all! I do not recommend them at all!!!!!!! customer service is definitely not a top priority for them, in fact anything that goes wrong it's not their problem ....the customer is the burden! update : it's 5/28/23 and still nothing. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO A PLACE THAT COYLD CARE LESS IF YOUNGET YOUR ORDER ...IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH SAID ORDER AND MOST OF ALL NEVER REACH OUT AFTER HAVING SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM! We are one of the most laid back families you could meet but, if a so called manager is going to put you in hold for the duration that he did (probably hoping I'd let it go bc he didn't want to deal with ANYTHING) its just ridiculous and I wish you could've heard the hatred and horrible tone he had with me...just for trying to get our family fed and the issue resolved. When I come down to visit this area Papa Johns is just a quick 2 minute walk down the street from me, so it's super convenient to eat here all the time!
