“Last night my pizza was very good, I ordered via the app and it was ready to pick up in about twenty minutes. Pizza was made well and tasted great, garlic cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks well seasoned and tasty.

If you want Pizza Hut on this general area, this is the one to go to! Much better than the Huntington store.“

Honestly people don’t read the bad reviews cause I’m telling you they are the best pizza around I promise you that!!!!“

“Stopped here for dinner while we were in town for an 11u softball tournament. We ordered the Nashville hot pizza and the seafood pizza. Both were amazing but the seafood pizza might be the best bite of pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.“

“The crust is still crispy even after our 30 minute drive. This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had, probably the best now that I think about. Do yourself a favor and go get a pizza from them! I usually don’t eat the crust. But my dogs lost out with these pizzas! 🍕 yum!“

“Took my two children here on a Saturday, pizza was delicious. They loved the animatronics and the games were more affordable than Gattis.“

“This was the best Gino’s I have experienced in so long. As someone who has grown up in WV, the pizza from this location made me nostalgic.. as if I was trying it for the first time as a child. 10/10! Awesome customer service as well. We can’t wait to go back for more!“

“We have been going here many many years and almost always get the same thing...pep pizza and chef salad. This time we decided to try the deluxe pizza and I can say I am not disappointed at all. It came loaded with all the toppings and the dough was enough to hold it without just falling off. The only negative I would say about it was it was not really hot enough to get everything heated but I understand why. I will try it again sometime but the pep pizza here is always the way to go. It can be just as good cold or reheated the next day.“

“Great food, good friendly atmosphere, good service. Would definitely recommend“

“Their customer service makes their pizza taste even better! Which I didn’t think was possible because it’s already my favorite ❤️ I highly recommend eating here any time you have a craving for excellence 😁“

“Food was really good, but getting extra cheese and paying for it we should definitely see the difference in a regular pizza, but i dont. Save your money. Other than that it was good pizza, atmosphere was just silent and workers looked pretty annoyed. Overall, solid 4“

“great food, great price.“

“I got delivery today and my delivery was the best. He communicated and met me so that I didn’t have to walk in the ice far. Very polite guy! And the pizza was perfect. I have to have Light sauce because of health issues and it was perfect. Thank you for a great dinner after digging myself out of ice and snow today. It’s not hard to spend money when it doesn’t feel wasted.“

“Food and service is always top notch! Great place to meet family and friends because is so spacious.“

“Sbarro makes NYC pizza lovers enjoy a whole pizza or a slice at their restaurants. During my visit to this store located inside Huntington Mall, I ordered a slice of their Spinach and Tomato. The pizza was delicious, and it filled me up. The service offered by their staff was courteous and quick. There are vegetarian options on their menu, making Sbarro vegetarian friendly. Other dishes on their menu include Roman Pizza, Stromboli, Pasta, and Salads. The pricing on the menu isn't expensive. I'd recommend Sbarro to anyone who wants to have some tasty pizza.“

“My fiance and me love the food!! We order at least once a week and it’s always delicious!! Especially the baked cheese sticks!!! Always be our favorite!!“

“The pizza was piping hot and they did not skimp on the toppings. Had plenty of flavor. This was my first time having their pizza. My husband went to Marshall University years ago and had good memories of Monty’s. No indoor dining, but we got ours at the drive-through and went to the park to eat it.“

“Good pizza. They partner with Meadows Elementary once a year in November. Kids draw their pictures on plain, white pizza boxes. Parents order their pizza and get to see what their child drew. They also do a canned food drive. Drop off any type of 12 canned food items and get a free pizza this year (2025)!“

“I've been coming here for a decade. Its been hit and miss during that time. The last few months in particular, they have really turned it around. The women there are very friendly, professional and good at what they do. The service has been excellent and the quality of food has been equally as good! Really appreciate the effort! It shows!“

“I delivered food for them today and the customers note said they often forget extra sauces. So I checked for the customer and sure enough none of his ordered sauces were in the box. However the staff was very accommodating in providing the sauces once I pointed it out.“

“This place is my favorite it’s better than Pizza Hut Papa John and Marcos. Little Cesar pizza is good pizza always fresh never had an issue with this place my favorite is cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza can’t forget the breadsticks with sauce it’s sooo good I’m giving them 5 stars and I will be back again and the service was very friendly“

“So nice having the buffet now. Salad bar was so fresh and the pizza and pasta were hot and fresh. Pizzas change up as one runs low and they even have a dessert hot on the buffet. And don't forget your drink is provided as well.

The price was about what you would expect with all the fresh choices.

Employees are very kind and accommodating. Even during the busy drive thru times.

Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.“

“I usually stop by a different location, but this one is close to my work and I got a hankering for some pizza the other day. Instead of the typical atmosphere I was expecting, I was greeted by a well-oiled machine of efficiency, kindness and freshness! No wonder there were cars lined up to the street to grab lunch at this location! I asked the names of some of the folks working so I could shout them out, so Kayla and Isaac, kudos to you for taking care of me and everybody else who popped in at the same time. Very impressive. I love it when a chain franchise takes pride in their spot like this team seemed to. 10/10 will be back again asap!!!“

“I just wanted to say coming to this Pizza Hut has been such a phenomenal experience. I have had nothing but great service from a gentleman name Reem and nothing but laughs while I waited for my food. And the food was perfect btw!! I just love him, he’s such a vibe!“

“The last few times that I've ordered pizza or breadsticks, they are overly done! Like to the point you can't even eat the crust because it's so hard. They seriously need to turn that oven down!!!! Also I go to all Gino's locations and this is the only one that the food isn't up to par. I hope they fix the oven.“

“Consistency is not a thing at this location. Sometimes your food may appear overcooked, have less or more toppings, or have areas that has no toppings but for the price, you can't beat it.

I always order on the app and then pick up in store.“

“While the food is almost always amazing... you are best to just do pickup. If and when they do have a delivery driver... they consistently forget to deliver half your food. Does no good to call... they never answer the phone. Ha! Ive been so disappointed the last several times we have ordered that we have started just ordering elsewhere when wanting pizza. Their breadsticks are my absolute favorite thing ever.... but not tonight.... completely burnt. **Edit to add that they have been received like this several times since this review. ++ marinara sauce is rarely given with them anymore... even when extra has been ordered and paid for.... who wants dry breadsticks?! lol Im a breadstick girl... Can you tell?! Ha!

Anyways... the food is almost always good here... just do yourself a favor and order pickup... and double check your order before you leave!“

“Be sure to try the new IPA on tap, Williamsburg Colony! Great food and service.“
