“The crust is still crispy even after our 30 minute drive. This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had, probably the best now that I think about. Do yourself a favor and go get a pizza from them! I usually don’t eat the crust. But my dogs lost out with these pizzas! 🍕 yum!“

“The pizza was piping hot and they did not skimp on the toppings. Had plenty of flavor. This was my first time having their pizza. My husband went to Marshall University years ago and had good memories of Monty’s. No indoor dining, but we got ours at the drive-through and went to the park to eat it.“

“This was the best Gino’s I have experienced in so long. As someone who has grown up in WV, the pizza from this location made me nostalgic.. as if I was trying it for the first time as a child. 10/10! Awesome customer service as well. We can’t wait to go back for more!“

“So nice having the buffet now. Salad bar was so fresh and the pizza and pasta were hot and fresh. Pizzas change up as one runs low and they even have a dessert hot on the buffet. And don't forget your drink is provided as well.
The price was about what you would expect with all the fresh choices.
Employees are very kind and accommodating. Even during the busy drive thru times.
Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.“

“Food was really good, but getting extra cheese and paying for it we should definitely see the difference in a regular pizza, but i dont. Save your money. Other than that it was good pizza, atmosphere was just silent and workers looked pretty annoyed. Overall, solid 4“

“Good pizza. They partner with Meadows Elementary once a year in November. Kids draw their pictures on plain, white pizza boxes. Parents order their pizza and get to see what their child drew. They also do a canned food drive. Drop off any type of 12 canned food items and get a free pizza this year (2025)!“

“I delivered food for them today and the customers note said they often forget extra sauces. So I checked for the customer and sure enough none of his ordered sauces were in the box. However the staff was very accommodating in providing the sauces once I pointed it out.“

“The last few times that I've ordered pizza or breadsticks, they are overly done! Like to the point you can't even eat the crust because it's so hard. They seriously need to turn that oven down!!!! Also I go to all Gino's locations and this is the only one that the food isn't up to par. I hope they fix the oven.“

“Nice place to pick up ordered pizza .. but like all others the online specials and coupons are inaccessible to the general population that is located in the vicinity of the establishment
So saying that just like all other places turning to the web. They have to pay approximately 15,000 a month for security and use if the online services that are struggling because the age gap. No body really wants to go online and order although they do if they can figure it out.“

“I usually stop by a different location, but this one is close to my work and I got a hankering for some pizza the other day. Instead of the typical atmosphere I was expecting, I was greeted by a well-oiled machine of efficiency, kindness and freshness! No wonder there were cars lined up to the street to grab lunch at this location! I asked the names of some of the folks working so I could shout them out, so Kayla and Isaac, kudos to you for taking care of me and everybody else who popped in at the same time. Very impressive. I love it when a chain franchise takes pride in their spot like this team seemed to. 10/10 will be back again asap!!!“

“While the food is almost always amazing... you are best to just do pickup. If and when they do have a delivery driver... they consistently forget to deliver half your food. Does no good to call... they never answer the phone. Ha! Ive been so disappointed the last several times we have ordered that we have started just ordering elsewhere when wanting pizza. Their breadsticks are my absolute favorite thing ever.... but not tonight.... completely burnt. **Edit to add that they have been received like this several times since this review. ++ marinara sauce is rarely given with them anymore... even when extra has been ordered and paid for.... who wants dry breadsticks?! lol Im a breadstick girl... Can you tell?! Ha!
Anyways... the food is almost always good here... just do yourself a favor and order pickup... and double check your order before you leave!“

“Stopped here for dinner while we were in town for an 11u softball tournament. We ordered the Nashville hot pizza and the seafood pizza. Both were amazing but the seafood pizza might be the best bite of pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.“
