“I usually stop by a different location, but this one is close to my work and I got a hankering for some pizza the other day. Instead of the typical atmosphere I was expecting, I was greeted by a well-oiled machine of efficiency, kindness and freshness! No wonder there were cars lined up to the street to grab lunch at this location! I asked the names of some of the folks working so I could shout them out, so Kayla and Isaac, kudos to you for taking care of me and everybody else who popped in at the same time. Very impressive. I love it when a chain franchise takes pride in their spot like this team seemed to. 10/10 will be back again asap!!!“

“I delivered food for them today and the customers note said they often forget extra sauces. So I checked for the customer and sure enough none of his ordered sauces were in the box. However the staff was very accommodating in providing the sauces once I pointed it out.“

“Consistency is not a thing at this location. Sometimes your food may appear overcooked, have less or more toppings, or have areas that has no toppings but for the price, you can't beat it.

I always order on the app and then pick up in store.“

“Last update- We’ve ordered several orders since then and generally they are done near the time stated. I know it’s not a perfect science for time completed so it should always be taken with a grain of salt. Food has always been great and staff are always professional and helpful when needed. UPDATE - 2nd time we’ve ordered and not so good. Food was great and staff was again kind, professional and helpful BUT… If the business model is to-go food the time when food is done needs to be fixed. Our order according to the app was 4:10pm. It ended up ready at 4:50pm. That’s an hour after we ordered. If we ordered and it said an hour that’s fine but when it says 20 mins, customers expect that timeframe. 10 mins or so past is understandable but 40 mins past is ridiculous.

Updated overall to 3 stars. Everything else was good.

We had a decent sized order. It was ready on time. It was correct. It all tasted great. Worker working was awesome. Polite, professional and helpful. This was our first time getting an order here and we came away happy. Admittedly I was worried after reading some of these reviews but our experience was perfect. We will order again for sure!“

“I feel bad for these service workers. This place is so chaotic because customers believe KFC is fast food. It takes about restaurant time to even get food prepared. They are entirely bombarded by take out, drive thru, and walkins and they get so flustered. It isn't large enough or employed enough but the workers they do have are trying their best. KFC needs to do better for them.“
