“First time visiting so I wasn’t certain on what to order, but the staff was friendly and quick to assist, even with a Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake slices added on at the pay window, which tasted ahh-mazing!!! We chose the Alfredo Ravioli, Bonless Chicken Garlic Parmesan, Meaty Pizza Baked Pasta which came with Bread Sticks. And I gotta say it was all so delicious I didn’t even get around to taking pictures lol. Definitely worth it and will be returning as soon as them Stuffed Shells arrive next week! ;)“

“This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

We wasn’t around from here and the woman in the phone wasn’t helpful and wasn’t about to take the order since she didn’t know the address of the hotel even though she knew where we was staying. The delivery guy was nice you could tell he was having a rough day but he didn’t let it bother his work.“
“It's a whole lot nicer from probably 10 years ago. But there is a guy in there I think he is the manager or something he was pretty rude to me and the three other people that were in front of me ordering their food we were talking about how rude he was to everybody for no reason at all I guess it was just in a bad mood or something.“

“This Arbys location is slightly older but in impeccable condition. The restuarant lobby and kitchen are both immaculate and well-serviced. The restrooms are just as clean even if the doors are heavier than those on Tut's tomb. The food is fast food - but it is fast food done at its absolute best. I called in and told them that on my delivery, and they were very accommodating and respectful. I've ordered from here multiple times now, as well as dined in. I can personally say that this is the best restaurant I have attended in the state of West Virginia. Not only is the customer service amazing but the food is delicious! “Good food that was prepared well, even though my beef and cheddar was a bit messy. The sauce dispensers looked dirty, and some of them were empty, but they had sauce packets if you ask for them. The rest of the restaurant, including the drink fountains, were clean. I took points off for atmosphere, because the cool white lights in the dining room were jarring, making the place look more like a medical center than an upscale fast food restaurant. 2700K lighting would have been ideal. I enjoyed my meal, and I will come back again, when I'm in the area.Parking: There is ample parking, and there are disabled parking spaces right next to the door.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant seems to be wheelchair accessible, until I noticed that the inner front door, next to the disabled parking spaces, will not open fully. That could prevent a large wheelchair from going through that doorway. I didn't check the other doors, but on the drive-thru side, they may not be safe nor accessible anyway.“
“Went for one of our favorite Hardee's sandwiches, the Big Hot Ham and Cheese. Got ours with extra Swiss, and they are yummy! My only problem with this Hardees is it is across town and sometimes closes early due to staff shortage. Four stars for Atmosphere, because I went through the Drive-thru ;)“

“Good hotdog's, but the drive thru can get pretty long lines and it isn't the best location for a drive thru but it works. They have spicy sauce or mild sauce for the hotdogs. They have pretty good BBQs as well but my favorite is the hotdog with spicy sauce. Employees are friendly, and they move the drive thru lines pretty fast considering the lines can get long at lunch time.“
