“I ordered the all American Club Salad! I called back to ask who made it. Abigail answered and she asked her coworkers who made the salad. She said her manager made. I advised her that it was the best salad I've ever eaten from Subway. I told them to keep up the excellent work they are doing there. It's by far the best Subway I've ever eaten. The food is always fresh, staff is great, restaurant and restrooms are always clean. I may have to order again for dinner. Great job!!“

“It was a nice clean place, with friendly staff. The only thing I noticed that was odd was there were no vents in the ceiling ducts that the heating and air condition come from in the dining room. Blowing onto the tables where you eat. Kind of seemed a bit unsanitary blowing directly on people's food.“

“My husband and I love dining inside at this location. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. We never have trouble using our rewards/coupons on the DQ app here. If we're in a hurry, we can order ahead on the app and our food will be ready for us when we arrive. We almost always split a chicken tender basket and cheeseburgers. The gravy that is served with the chicken tenders is so delicious. The food is always delicious. This is our favorite Dairy Queen location!“

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“I'm surprised the ratings aren't higher for this Dairy Queen. It's actually very good. I visited on June 4, 2023 and once before that. I can't complain, I got a three piece chicken tender meal with a fudge sundae for $7. I was surprised to be served gravy with the tenders so I asked for barbecue dipping sauce. The first time I asked for an extra one and was charged $.75 which wasn't bad for the size of the sauce. I don't eat gravy but I did try it and it was actually good. I don't think I've ever had white gravy(it was sausage gravy I think, that's what it tasted like. Overall, I was pleased. I didn't like the sprite, it was watery and didn't taste real good so I went back in and got some ice in my Bubba container.“

It never disappoints . The food is served hot by friendly staff and always clean. I can say I have been ring that bell for 39 years.“

“This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

“I went to this long John’s a few times and had the most sweetest and best manager ever. She was so caring and took all my concerns under consideration. Kirstin Shaffer was such an amazing staff member and I highly recommend going to this location and having the opportunity to meet this sweet, amazing, caring manager! “Our food was great. The employees were very friendly and the dining room was clean. My 8 year old was fascinated by the drink machine. To be honest, the drink machine is pretty amazing. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to rush my daughter so we could leave due to some other customers using terrible language. They were sitting fairly close and I’ll just say, they weren’t using their “inside voices”. My daughter doesn’t hear language like that at home and I don’t think she should have to hear it while dining out either. We will return to this location when we’re in the area, but we will most likely use the drive thru next time.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“This particular arbys had been subpar for the last year or so. I had actually given up on them and arbys because of it. We decided to give them another try tonight. I am glad we did. It was back to the quality I had come to expect from arbys and quite frankly demanded. For the price they charge(they are one of the highest of the fast food places) they should deliver something a cut above the rest. They do once again, for now anyways!“
