The staff is always friendly and helps us get the best deal for what we order, foods always made exactly how we ask never got a wrong order from this place, honestly prefer this arby over anything in the area.
I went there on lunch and was disappointed by the sliders I had received but I called and the manager on nights made it right and added extra. As a previous manager of an Arbys I know the ounce that go on a slider and this was just pitiful what I received the first time. Thanks for making my order again with the correct amount of meat and being so kind about it.

I like Arby's food. Went through the drive through (first in line, 1 car behind). Before we left lot I looked in our bag & we had wrong order. Walked back inside to get correct order, (that took a while), took away the convenience of drive through. Arby's in Cattletsburg, Ky. Only 2 people working.
