“My husband and I had Karubees for dinner. He had curry chicken and I had jerk chicken. The sides were cabbage, mac and cheese, and rice. Chicken so tender it fell off the bone and so very tasty. As you can see in the picture, I couldn't wait for my husband to shoot the pic before I had a bite. I love that her husband picks up all ingredients instead of having them shipped so they are always fresh. I highly recommend you give it a try if you like Jamaican food.“

“If you enjoy Laury’s in Charleston, WV, you will love it here! It is downtown, so I was worried about parking, but we easily found a spot on the street nearby. Our waiter, Brian, was really great. Our salads and the bread…so good. We both ordered the filet mignon, between the two of us we had their roasted potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, and the baked macaroni and cheese. Just incredible. And their crème brûlée was also delicious. The dining area has low lighting and a cozy atmosphere. The building is really cool. Very nice place; especially for special evenings.“

“Took my daughter out for her 16th birthday. The restaurant we were planning, was closedclosed so I googled seafood in the area. We found the best place, the food was Phenomenal! All fresh and so delicious. I got the honey crusted walleye, with candied sweet potatoes, and green beans. My daughter got the clam chowder, crab cakes and rice. They had other options there as well besides seafood. I gotta give compliments to the chef! 5 star food for sure! This has to be my favorite restaurant after today.
