“Our goal was to enjoy pizza n then head across the street to the Pumpkin House activities. The place was packed. We waited 45 minutes to be seated, then a full 65 minutes before food arrived, n our server didn't place one order (she later refused to charge for it). No wonder we saw people sitting in their cars, eating pizza out of the box...drive through would have been quicker! This is the only Giovanni’s we go to. Why? Well tonight they overcooked our pizza a little but it was still ok. Not ok for the team there because they made me another pizza before I knew about it.

They also do a canned food drive. Drop off any type of 12 canned food items and get a free pizza this year (2025)!“

“Checked my drive thru order in the lot before leaving. my lasagne was the size of a deck of cards, I could literally eat it in 4 bites. the bread was burned. I went back and showed the guy working. He offered to remake the bread.🙄I put the order on the counter and asked for my money back. He said since I paid by card, I'd have to call corporate. I left with no food or money, and still starving after a 12 hour shift. This used to be an okay place. I won't be back to this location again.“
