I love their pork chop (in photo). The glaze is amazing. I have tried steaks also. They (too) were cooked to my liking. Service has been perfect each time I've been. The menu could stand more, in the way of, entrees. But the things I enjoy are on it. So, I can't say that 'a targeted menu' isn't simply strategic business. First time here. The historic old theatre turned restaurant is beautiful inside. Very clean with a traditional casual atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Kept our drinks full. We ordered a CENTRAL CITY BURGER with ONION RINGS. And a GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH with BAKED POTATO. Hubs said burger was one of the best he had ever ate. Onion rings cooked perfectly. Still upset about waiting 45 minutes for the sliders. I watched 3 tables come in and get served food and all. One table even got steak. I had to wait on some small burgers 45 minutes while a dude gets there 10 minutes after me. He ordered and gets a well done steak?
