This is my go to mcdonalds. Especially living in central city. But I've tried to get a frappe for over a month and nothing. I was told 2 weeks, almost 2 months ago. And are they cheaping out on their tea now? I've gotta tea over and over again hoping maybe it was just a bad batch, no. There is like NO tea in the "tea" and surprisingly enough, barely any sugar.The staff is always super nice, everything is good except the drinks, and cheaping out on stuff.
I've had both good and bad experiences, although mistakes do happen some of the employees have been so rude or act like they hate their job.Wheelchair accessibility: They have front handicap parking with a ramp

Service not knowledgeable on their own menu ordering system, the attendant at the pay window was jumping swaying, and yelling when talking to me, the order was wrong and the attendants seemed d*** founded when I came into the restaurant to have it corrected. One attendant was crouched at end of a table talking to friends when I went in, another worker was walking out the door and said to me, there something wrong? I said yeah we are missing two meals, and she said figures in return!...read full review
