Robert At the Cold spring Panera in highland heights is the best. he always has a big smile and looks so glad to see his customers come in. I really appreciate him and look forward to seeing him when my husband and I come in in the mornings. him and a cinnamon crunch bagel really makes a good morning.
Employees rude, slow, and not helpful at all. This location should close!! Do not go here!!!!
