Tropical Smoothie Cafe is known for the smoothies, but the panini sandwiches are also really delicious. Two favs are chicken bacon ranch and chicken pesto. The new location in Cold Spring is clean, bright and the staff is really friendly. The smoothies are amazing, not too sweet and pretty filling. A Blimey Limey is a craving worth having. The Bahama Mama tropical smoothie comes recommended, and the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap with a Sunrise Smoothie was great. A supergreen salad, an apple as a side, and a chipotle chicken flatbread with an apple as a side were ordered, though the side apple was forgotten twice. Still, lunch for 3 adults and 2 littles left everyone very happy with the service, the food and the smoothies. The cashier working Saturday (2/28) gave a recommendation on the smoothie. Coupons and a mailer promoted the new Cold Spring, KY location. Welcome to the neighborhood Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
