This is the original KFC location, now a café and museum where you can learn about the brand’s history. The chicken tastes completely different and better than other KFC's, as it should since it's the OG. There is delicious chicken with a side of history. Good chicken tenders, this location tastes a little different, better. There is a free museum inside with cool memorabilia, buckets through the years, and info on how the colonel started. A cool clean museum where you can sit eat some fresh fried chicken and watch a short clip about his work and life. Plenty of space for dining inside the original setting, while the drive-thru seems more popular with locals. Clean and friendly. A must-visit for KFC fans and anyone interested in restaurant business history. A great interstate break.
