“This place is kinda nondescript from the outside, but they have some of the best Indian food in Cincinnati. It is all vegetarian, so if you must have meat, look elsewhere. But their menu selection is large and their flavors are always on point. It’s also a little lighter than typical Indian food, which is nice. Their dosas are best enjoyed in the restaurant, as they come out hot and crispy and so dang good. My favorite part is their spice level… definitely some of the spiciest food I’ve had in the city. Anything above an 7 (out of 10) will have ya sweating hard. I love Amma’s.“

“I am 100% a fan of their Chicken Tikka Masala. The best I've ever had, hands down. Beside the amazing food, their service is excellent and the atmosphere is, not only eye catching but also be clean. AAP is always my favorite place to eat.“

“I was comparing to Ambar my absolute favorite and found this place had a very delicious similar sauce for the Chicken Makhani. Ambar includes raisin and cashews with theirs but could have added and is available as an extra at Adeep. The Garlic nan was great at both places a smaller not as heavy crunchy version at Adeep. The guys that work and some may own were super great friendly and was comfortable to eat there but is small and basic and does a bustling carry out and delivery. You will like it here.
Parking: Pay lot right next door was readily available for like 2 bucks paid by quarters at the machine located at each spot. Very convenient“

“My favorite Indian restaurant. The food is very delicious and consistent. They do chicken shahi korma my favorite way, with chunks of cheese and golden raisins in the sauce. My fiancé loves the vindaloo and general thickness of the curries here. The naan is also top-notch.“

“The food. Chicken mas & the green sauce stuff, & those pea puffs & the pan bread all delicious !
It's made there,
Made to order. I get this 1-2x a year when I'm craving these dishes & tastes .
Even if my stomach churns for 3 days after. It's well worth the price.
Vegetarian options: The chicken mas is delicious & kids will eat it
Dietary restrictions: Be wary ! the green sauce with the white cubes. I always thought they were tofu. 😂. just learned it's cheese / milk cubes.
Parking: There should be plenty. If you make the circle around & around. Or park in the lot next to Chipotle & slide the attendant a 5$er
Kid-friendliness: Kids love to eat it
Wheelchair accessibility: 1 step up in. 1 step down out.“

“We came for the buffet but didn’t realize they don’t do buffet anymore! I’ve only had Indian food one other time, but this place is GOOD! We came on a Sunday afternoon and there was surprisingly only one other table that was sitting. The flavors are very delicious and fresh tasting. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, Mulligatawny Soup, Garlic Naan, Bhatura and the chickpea appetizer (I forgot the name). I will be returning again! Thank you for the yummy food and good service!“

“We have dined in at Amol and also had carry out/delivery several times. It is the closest Indian restaurant that does a good job to keep the dishes more authentic and tasty. The food is fresh and can be adjusted according to your spice level. Some of the dishes we really recommend for vegetarians are saag paneer or mushroom , paneer makhani, mushroom matar, and the dal makhani. The goat curry is delicious if you’re a meat lover. Chicken chilie is a delicious dish also. Try one of these with naan, paratha or roti. They have the typical mango lassi but also one I really like is the rose lassi. The servers have always been courteous and friendly. I highly recommend eating here! You will be a repeat customer I am certain!“

“This is an Indian restaurant in downtown Cincinnati near UC. It kind of focuses on like Indian street food as opposed to some of the fancier ones with the big menus and fancier dishes. There was a lot of good here as the restaurant looked very nice and the staff did a mostly good job (it took a while for them to cook the food but unless it's ridiculously long I don't complain about that and won't here either.) I went with my favourite Indian which is Lamb Vindaloo which is chunks of lamb (or whatever other meat you prefer) with a tomato based sauce with lot's of spices. I got mine a 4 out of spicy instead of my normal 5 because I had never been to this restaurant and didn't know how much they would spice it. I could have definitely gotten the 5 as the 4 wasn't all that spicy. It had some pretty good flavour and the lamb was cooked perfectly and was in pretty good sized pieces. Their naan was quite good as well which is vitally important at an Indian restaurant to soak up all of those sauces. I probably should have tried their street food which is their specialty but there will be a day for that. What I had was good but not great Indian food. When I come back and try the street food dishes I will reevaluate. I'd rate this about 6.5 out of 10.“

“Taj Mahal has the best flavor on their chicken tikka masala in the tri-state area. Order the 2nd hottest heat level and you will be so happy. It is just the right amount of heat, but more importantly the DEPTH of the spices is very flavorful and savory. Many places in the area just throw in more chili powder at the higher heat levels. Taj Mahal adds more heat as well as anuthentic Indian spices. 10/10 😁“
